Jackson Knox
Jackson Knox is a Founder and Executive Director of Healthy Hive. He currently serves as the Head of Programming. Jackson is a Neuroscience major at UNC Chapel Hill, and some of his interests include nutrition, preventive health, and improving rural disparities. In his free time, Jackson enjoys going on runs, hitting the gym, cooking, and finding a new TV show to binge watch
Caroline Dickey
Caroline Dickey is a Founder and currently serves as an Executive Director at Healthy Hive and is the Head of Operations. Caroline is a Neuroscience major at UNC-Chapel Hill, interested in becoming a pediatric oncologist. In her work towards her medical degree, she became impassioned to help address medical disparities. She enjoys reading, lifting weights, and cooking.
Zoe Politis
Zoe Politis serves as one of the Executive Directors at Healthy Hive and is Head of Outreach. Zoe is a Public Policy and Human and Organizational Leadership Development major at UNC-Chapel Hill, interested in health care and education policy. She enjoys spending time with her dog, going to the gym, and sharing her love for policy reform with others.Â
